1. About Cyclone Studios

Cyclone Studios provides 3D visualisation services for property developers, interior designers, investors, architects, and other creative professionals. We currently operate as a sole trader business.

These Terms apply to:

• Our 3D rendering and visualisation services

• Any future services we add (updated versions will reflect this)

• Anyone using our website or contacting us for work

2. Services We Provide

Our current services include:

• High–quality 3D interior and exterior renders

• Property development concept visuals

• Architectural visualisation

• Project presentation visuals

Each project is quoted individually based on complexity, number of images, and client requirements.

3. Payments & Deposits

To begin any project, we require:

• 50% deposit upfront (non-refundable after 24 hours unless no work has started)

• 50% on completion, before any final files are released

Payments are made via bank transfer unless stated otherwise.

Once the deposit is paid and we begin work, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to that point, even if the project is cancelled later.

4. Delivery of Work

Final visuals are delivered through:

• Email

• Download link

• Any mutually agreed method

Delivery timelines are estimated during onboarding and depend on:

• Client providing accurate materials (floor plans, moodboards, design notes, etc.)

• Client giving feedback within agreed timeframes

• Project complexity

We always aim to deliver the highest quality work within the timeline provided.

5. Revisions

To help us deliver the best possible final result, clients receive:

• Two rounds of revisions during the project

• Up to two additional rounds after final delivery, for small adjustments only

Revisions include:

• Minor lighting adjustments

• Texture or colour tweaks

• Small positioning changes

Revisions do not include:

• Full scene changes

• Major model replacements

• New design directions

• Significant scope changes

Additional work may require a new quote.

6. Usage Rights & Copyright

Cyclone Studios retains full copyright for all 3D visualisations and creative work produced.

Once full payment is completed, clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the visuals for:

• Marketing

• Investment decks

• Presentations

• Planning submissions

• Sales materials

Clients cannot:

• Resell the visuals

• Claim authorship

• Edit or modify the renders without permission

• Use the work commercially before full payment

Portfolio & Marketing Usage

We reserve the right to use completed visuals for:

• Our website

• Portfolio

• Social media

• General marketing

However:

• If a client requests privacy for marketing (e.g., social media), we will respect that.

• We will never share confidential details such as property addresses, personal data, or any private information.

7. Use of Website Content

All images, text, renders, videos, and media on the Cyclone Studios website are owned by us and protected by copyright.

You must not:

• Download or reproduce our images

• Copy our wording or branding

• Use our materials for business or personal projects

• Share or republish our content

The only exception:
Clients who paid for specific rendered images may use those images for their own marketing only.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete project information

• Share necessary materials (floor plans, design boards, reference images, etc.)

• Approve drafts and provide feedback within agreed timelines (usually 2–7 days)

• Notify Cyclone Studios of any major design changes as early as possible

Delays in providing information or feedback may extend the project timeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cyclone Studios is not responsible for:

• Any financial losses, profit loss, or business impact resulting from the use of visuals

• Construction mistakes, structural issues, or build inconsistencies

• Differences between visualised concepts and final built results

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

Our visuals are artistic and architectural representations — they are not construction documents.

10. External Links

Our website may link to third-party resources or tools. We are not responsible for the content, safety, or reliability of those external sites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

• United Kingdom, and

• Ireland (to future-proof the business)

Any disputes will fall under the appropriate legal jurisdiction in one of these regions.

12. Changes to These Terms

Cyclone Studios may update or change these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use our website or services, you agree to the updated Terms.
